【get to 影響，左右】

get to在對(duì)話中是指“影響，左右”，多半是指負(fù)面的情況

A:The pressure has been really getting to me lately.

我最近真的被壓力壓得喘不過氣來。

B:Maybe you should take a vacation.

或許你該去度個(gè)假。

get to的另一個(gè)常見用法是“抵達(dá)”，這個(gè)短語在問路時(shí)很好用，相信大家也都不陌生：

A:How can I get to the train station?

我要怎么才能到火車站?

B:It's around the corner and to the left.

它就在轉(zhuǎn)角那邊靠左側(cè)。

get to還有一個(gè)常見用法，意思是“得以，才能夠”：

A:How did you get to be a politician?

你是如何才得以當(dāng)政治人物的?
